Heroic Dose

When dinner party guests start swapping stories about their experiences with mind-altering substances, Dugan interjects with the ultimate tale of accidentally taking a “heroic dose” of a mystical elixir on a beach in Costa Rica. Told through meta-re-enactment, puppetry, animation, archival footage, and interviews with his best friend and family, Dugan leads his listeners to his discovery of how to kill the ego mind – and inspires them all to do the same.
